It drives me nuts that I eat normal family meals for 1 day and 1 dessert and gain 2 pounds. While it takes a week to gain 1 to 2 pounds.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
