Woke at #206, ate at 2 buffets this week, one my own, I knew there would be damage, was thinking of venturing into "ONDERLAND" , but I know my body is not welcome there for long, as it always wants to leave, and Life goes on and , still have many Christmas parties this week,Friday need to be up by 3 to go to work as 250ppl coming at 6:30AM, and Life is going so quickly and I'm DO N OK !
206.0 lb Lost so far: 221.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
