Woke at #209, yesterday, was very physical demanding day, as well as rest of week,Walked yesterday 21,340 steps and 1 hour at gym , Was so exhausted went to bed at 8 and up at 4:30, Christmas parties are coming in, so really have to watch what I eat and cook,And I'm Kinda DO N OK !
209.0 lb Lost so far: 218.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
