Well, I am finally back to where I was at the end of October! Jeez! "Focus on progress - not perfection"!
I need more movement in my life now! Let's GOOOOO!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 161.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
