Woke at #215, must be the OMAD, could not eat yesterday due to Dr. then ate after wards. Need to lose more before all the Holidaze comes around. I walk about 18,000 to 22, 000 steps a day, going to try to play pickleball tonight, but seemed mentally drained lately, well since school started, put me on fulltime and I do not like it,want my old PT back. Use to leave by one, now about 5, oh well life goes on andd I'm DO N OK !!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 212.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
