Amazing what happens if you actually stick with a program, in this case counting cal and reducing sugar. Cleansing system feeling like I’m close to good start point for my push to 10 lb drop.🤯
233.4 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

¡Yago, saludos! If I understood your post correctly… Al igual que otros, he fumado cigarrillos y puros en el pasado. Cigars estaba siendo genial con los compañeros de auditoría y en el campo de golf. La última vez que fumé cigarros fue en los años 90. Afortunadamente ese nunca ha sido mi verdadero vicio. ¿Qué haces para reducir el hábito?

I have proposed every several days to reduce a cigarette, and it works but I really want another one but I try to distance them more and more, eh reduced from two packs now I go for a pack and about 8 to 9 cigarettes a day.
