Even though the scale remains the same, I feel great and I am doing more physical exercise than ever!! I am confident that the scale will catch up! I am going to post my old and new measurements by Monday!! Still striving to be under 270!!
274.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
