I know they say that you should not weigh yourself daily, but right now I have too. If I don't remind myself how heavy I am then I'll get complacent and not work as hard. I NEED TO TELL MYSELF I'M OBESE, CORPULENT, LARGE, PLUMP, STOUT, FAT. Did I leave anything out?
287.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't tell yourself the negative! Tell yourself the positive! Youare going to get healthy, look better, feel better, have more energy, live longer and all of those wonderful things. Losing weight gives you more to look forward to. Keep up the good work!

YEAH! Totally WORTH IT! Do this for you! Teach yourself, read, come here and ask questions... do whatever it takes to do this thing FOR YOU! You are soooo much more than a number on the scale, but I totally understand how keeping it right in front of you can make you motivated! Dig in and hang on to that determination... and remind yourself daily that YOU are worth it!
