STILL HOLDING AT 209#, SLOWLY STEADY, wife went hiking in Carolinas for 10 days, so I know , I will not be cooking much, will see what happens this week,I know I have been eating not so correctly, but have put many steps in over 20, 000 some days just walking in our school kitchens, and life goes on and I'm DO N OK !!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 218.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
