Woke at 209#, Down 220# from my highest, been many years with trials and tribulations was quite surprised since I spent the weekend eating out in restaurants, just tried to make the right choices, even though it was hard, hit a German restaurant Saturday and then a Steak house on Sunday, My wife is going on the Appalachian trail for 10 days so probably won't be going out to eat so much. And I'm DO N OK.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 218.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
