Woke at 214 # going up started eating again. and probably to much, stomach still sore, seems like a sprain ??, not from eating though, but feeling better but walking slower, hopefully will soon pass,
214.0 lb Lost so far: 213.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
