DO N OK's Journal, 24 September 2021

Woke at 214#, My worse day ever in college, I was beat when I got home, so busy, could not even eat lunch. So tired had over 17,000 steps by 11:30 which is over 8 miles, to many students and no staff.. And Life goes on and I'm DO N OK !
214.0 lb Lost so far: 213.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
