Woke at 216# good considering I eat out most of weekend, I'll take that weight and run, seems I'm in a stall, Oh well I know what to do, and life goes on ans I'm DO N OK !
216.0 lb Lost so far: 211.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
