Woke at 216#, getting closer, but weekend coming up and I usually eat out about 3-4 times and I don't always make the right choices. And life goes on, so enjoy your weekend and I'm DO N OK !!!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 211.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
