Trying to maintain my keto, seem for me that is the only way it goes , the weight that is, Dr. Not good news says my weight and health, and age they would not recommend the surgery as I have had many surgeries as I got them all for my family, Also said use light weights and no more heavy weights Dr. said just live with it, as it is not causing pain, if and when causing pain then they will fix it.and life goes on second Dr visit that day skin cancer Dr, Yeah, mohs is in my furture, had over 27 going for 28,Such is life living down by the sea, Lauderdale by the Sea , Florida LBTS, And I'm DO N OK for this week..
226.0 lb Lost so far: 201.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
