🤬. Beginning to get frustrated with my scale. Yesterday I stepped on the scale and it reflected 3 lb lower than what I recorded. I stepped on it an hour later and it showed a more reasonable number. Again this morning it showed a 109.7 🤣😂😅 as if, before settling on this number.
Making it a challenge to know if my program is working or what I need to do. Maybe it’s time for new batteries!

Ha ha ha. Sorry for venting, but gets frustrating when things fluctuate, and that is a lesson I had ti learn early on that the weight will swing and fluctuate.
241.6 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

First thing in the morning you are most dehydrated, but if you shower your skin absorbs moisture. Your body changes drastical with fiber (changes how fast food goes through you), salt (if you eat high potasium like lemon and cucumber more water goes out, salt more retained), then effects of exercise protein and carbs whether you are repairing and building or discarding unneeded cells. The vision is trends not daily. Do what’s right and the scale will follow your command.

Always weigh at the same time each day with same type clothes or no clothes. Normal for weight to fluctuate throughout the day and normal to be heavier at night than a.m.

The weight should only be one of the indicators. Focus on activities, intakes, and Marco's over time span and average weight over a period of time not just 1 data point. It will save you from going crazy

Some scales are very finicky when you move them from one place to another. They’ll read something different every time you step on…
