Finally scale moved, seems it takes for EEEEVVVVEEERRR..But I know that's how my body works, goes OOOHHH so slow..Trying to eat less and MMMOOOve more. College kitchens are closed for summer so I don't have to taste everything, We are only open for class demos one day a week, thinking Pork loin Rolladen..We will see, Have a GREAT TUESDAY..Oh my brothers Birthday this weekend I get to cook, MOJO Pork, rice, black beans, Pico De gallo, and I'm sure some kind of cake , And I'm DO N OK !!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 210.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
