Woke up #207, must have been sweating at gym, no pickleball as raining !!! Stay the course still IF 16 hours, and I'm DO N OK !!!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 220.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
