just keep swimming... it is crazy. I look at my ups and downs and they are totally the result of my choices. I don't stay committed and I mess up my progress. On July 19th I was excited about getting to the 230s. I've lost 20 days with my fuckery. Unacceptable.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 110.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
