DO N OK's Journal, 09 July 2020

Woke at 202# have not been really trying to loose but have been upping my pickleball activities to 3 days a week and 2 days at gym with trainer as my gym no longer offers spinn in evening, and I do have more time on my hands, and I'm playing outside in heat, staying hydrated, and some of my new favorite restaurants have been shut down do to social distancing, and my taste buds have no longer seemed functioning as everything now taste BLAHHH!!! even though I'm going to make stuffed jalapenos stuffed with Monchego cheese and wrapped in bacon, I know this will work for me, Now I hear ALL restaurants in our area have been carryout ONLY !!! It has been raining almost everyday for last 2 weeks and projected for another week, want to go M/C riding but have not done so. Everyone enjoy your week the best you can, and I'm DO N OK !!!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 225.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@ Thank you Ralph, I had some great motivation, My wife who was dying of Cancer and she wanted to see me loose weight , by the time she passed, I lost over 100 #s and I just kept going !!! It has stuck with me, but I have slipped up many many times !!!

@Katsolo, It's like tennis, but smaller courts and not so fast, as I don't like to run, Please look it up on YOUTUBE , I love it , Supposedly USA number one sport !!!
