Woke up at 207# I know it will go up as we are going away for our 7th anniversary, To PGA in West Palm for the weekend get away !!! So I'm sure will have some weight issues Monday as to no gym, and eating more than I should seems the OMAD is working and back to gym and Pickleball is keeping me in Check...Also going Motorcycle shopping !!!! And I'm DO N OK !!!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 220.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
