Still holding at 214, Today I finally head back to gym, but things are limited, so no spinn, no sauna etc, anyways, will have to find something new, I hope to be playing Pickleball regularly starting this week..did play a little Saturday, bu was not the best idea, and I'm DO N OK !!!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 213.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
