I was just doing an 18/6 fasting window. I got hungry before my 18, so I bumped it to a 16 hour window and ate at 330. I wasn't hungry again for the rest of the day, so I switch to OMAD.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 115.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
