DO N OK's Journal, 11 May 2020

Well back to IF, no breakfast, watching carbs,portions eating my toast Aldi no carb bread, last week had 2 liters of fluid taken out of lungs, almost 8 #s, oh well, really been watching carbs, and going for walks since gym are closed..I know I can do this..And I'm do n ok
226.0 lb Lost so far: 201.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, my eating habits were out of control, could only fit in S T R E C H Y clothes, I love bread, so got ALDI no carb bread, fits the bill and have to stay IF, I know how my body works, so have to tow the line
