Yes! Finally a new number on the scales!! I didn't make it to the gym last night--I was overtired from the lack of sleep the night before and had a bad night last night. But it's okay. Got some activities planned for this evening and tomorrow to keep me busy, so I'll still burn calories.
Gonna have some fun for St. Patrick's day this year. Pulled some yummy (but still healthy) Irish recipes and inviting some buddies over tomorrow evening for an Irish feast!
Still under stress at work. We all really miss our administrator. The interim is nice, but, it's not the same. :( I have always loved my job, but here lately I dread coming in to work. I think most of the stress is the unknown. We have no idea it how long it will be before they hire someone new, and what that person will be like. I don't deal well with change anyway--unless it's change I make, and even then I have to think long and hard about it before I decide it's worth changing!
Got my meals all planned out for today, just got to log them in. I think my calorie count should be good.
Well, better get some work done. Happy Friday, my buddies!

Congrats on the new number. That always makes for a blissful day! The Irish feast sounds like a great idea, I wish I liked and had the time to cook. Happy Friday!

Sleep is just as important as eating healthy and exercising! Apparently your body used it well too! Congrats on the lower number on the scale. :)
