Did 5th real ultra slim yesterday. Did keto coffee and took .5 dose of phen.
277.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 132.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What is ultra slim? How is the phen doing for you?

ultraslim is a red light therapy that allegedly empties out fat cells. Not sure if it actually works or not. I am leaning toward not bc I only really started dropping once I started back on keto. You are supposed to lose weight without diet and exercise, but then they put you on a diet and tell you to exercise. 😑😑😑 The phen is very strong. It is a little too much (especially on the weekends). I cant have it and my keto coffee. I am going to see about alternating days or something.
