This is such a surprise after eating out every day for five days LOL I even enjoyed some good craft beers while on my trip. Beer has those good carbs, right? Glad that I stayed away from those bad carbs that lurk in bread and starchy sides. 😉🙃😁
183.6 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
