Weight loss seems to have stabilized. Tryna lose about 0.5kg-1kg per week. Don't know if the kidneys can handle more than that. I also take vitamin supplements - Cod liver oil, B12, Magnesium &Zinc, and Circumin. Don't know if these supplements do any good, but they make me feel I am doing something +ve.

Massive breakfast, well, not quite massive but BEEEG enough. Gotta lot to do today. This will keep me going until teatime....sort of.

Didn't eat again until this evening. Sadly, it was a social event and I binged a little. Too many yummy foods on offer. Ho hum, pick up the diet again tomorrow.
