This is a genuine weight but I suspect it is due in part to dehydration. I worked several hours yesterday on my allotment. This involved moving very heavy flagstones, digging up thick, wet clay soil, re-laying the flagstones, etc. I noticed last night I drank two 500ml bottles of water in a matter of half an hour or so. Tomorrow's weigh-in might be more realistic.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
