I may be logging less than a pound lost at a time, but I have to log to keep my mind focused, haven't been THIS successful on my own in a very long time
164.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh every morning and log it. It helps my mindset & keeps me focused on the goal. Every little bit closer is a PLUS!
