Amazing! I followed all my directions and cut out the pop, sweets, snacking, and cut down the portions and lost 1.4lbs in a day. This makes me feel good! I had been getting discourage because I felt like my willpower was gone, and I just couldn't say no to stuff, but guess what? It's back! Yay! Now to just keep it up! :)
185.6 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 December 2012:
1483 kcal Fat: 65.88g | Prot: 76.92g | Carb: 148.44g.   Breakfast: propel zero cherry lime powder with calcium, diced peaches, toaster strudel. Lunch: kfc mashed potatoes, crinkle cut carrots, kfc grilled, land o lakes butter. Dinner: diet dr. pepper, chicken mcnuggets, mcrib. Snacks/Other: fritos corn chips, apple. more...

That's awesome!! I wish I had your will power! I'm having a hard time with the snacking and sweets, but I know I could be doing worse. I'm working on getting back on track too and seeing your positive journal makes me feel more positive about my own journey. Thanks!!

Well, I'm determined to be extra good today so that I can have a McRib for supper tonight--I love them and are so excited they are back! :) In the last 6 years, there was only one year they didn't bring them back at this time, and it was 2 years ago when I was pregnant with #2, and I was craving them so bad!! I even wrote McDonald's begging them to bring them back, lol! Well, it paid off because when they brought them back the next year, they sent me two coupons for free McRibs. Is it very sad that I was tickled? Anyway, will be on my best behavior today, and will also drink water, water, water!!
