Having a root canal that couldn't be finished because of calcified canals has helped my weight loss goals. I see an Endodontist Monday afternoon to see if he can finish it.
139.7 lb Lost so far: 62.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, my friends! I saw the endodontist on Monday; he was able to get two of the roots done in the 1 1/2 hour appointment. I have another temporary filling, and return May 7 for the last two roots and permanent filling in this lenghty root canal. Sheesh! Another few weeks of soft eating in my future; hopefully it will help me reach my goal weight, or at least get within spitting distance. ☺ Where do those strange idioms come from? I read a lot, and had an interesting childhood. I had physical therapy this morning, and was happy that my lower back was in alignment; i just have nerve pain tightening my muscles, pinching nerves. I'm going to focus on core work, nerve "flossing", and gently stretching/releasing tight muscles. Still doing Zumba Gold 3 times a week and Silver Sneakers once. Have to go run errands now; wish I could stay and read all your journals. See you later.
