NO LONGER OBESE! Checked my BMI against my height, and "ta-da"... went from Class 1 Obese to (merely) Overweight... so stoked!
222.8 lb Lost so far: 149.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your post really inspired me to check out my BMI stats of when I started and where I am now. I've gone from almost morbidly obese (like 4 pounds away) to where I am just under 13 pounds away from being overweight. I love that mental candy that helps keep me motivated and inspired, so thanks for sharing.
