午餐:1份蝦仁炒蛋、1塊雞肉、4顆蛤蜊、0.5杯味噌秋葵
晚餐:1碗毛豆、1顆橘子
運動:健走(6.5公里/1小時)
心得:體重會瘦這麼快,是因為我昨晚一直拉肚子,完全沒睡覺,今天早上在全身無力的情況下參加汽車駕照的路考(我跟監考官說我狀況不太好,他還說你看起來氣色不錯)。無論如何,我終於考過並取得駕照,真是難以言喻的喜悅啊!希望大家有個愉快的一天。

Weight: 215.0 lb (-3.3)
Body fat: 28.5 (-0.2)
Water intake: 2200 ml
Breakfast: 1 salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 cup coffee
Lunch: 1 serving fried eggs with shrimp and edamame; 1 drumstick; 4 clams; 0.5 cups okra with miso sauce
Dinner: 1 cup edamame; 1 orange
Exercise: walk (4.0 miles/1 hour)
Thought: The reason for this huge drop is that I was attacked by diarrhoea last night. I was unable to sleep and thus extremely fatigued. However, I still took the driving test despite feeling powerless. (I already told the examiner about my conditions but he just shrugged and said I looked just fine). Anyway, I PASSED THE TEST and got my driving licence! I simply can't describe how happy I felt at that moment. Have a good day, my FS friends!

Well...take care ....each day...a day at a time. Try to treat yourself as you would a dear old friend - a person you would never be harsh with...and have that FUN....Now!

@弦Jill,其實是我自己造成的。 前幾天大家在聊便秘的話題。 我心想辣椒對我真的很有效。 於是週末兩天做菜,每道都加了6、7根。 結果吃了整整一盒辣椒(大概60根左右)。 可能是太刺激了。 臉又紅又燙,身體都在發熱。 話說辣椒對平常不吃的人真的有效,但不能太多。

@青春痘,謝謝,我可能不會馬上上路。 我考駕照是因為我以為自己找不到工作 可能必須朝業務、司機類發展。 結果沒想到還是找到了,感謝老天。 我還不喜歡開車的,不過之後若需開車 會再參加道路課程,以免成為馬路三寶。
