3/21/18 UPDATE: Worked from home and was on my feet (standing desk) until dinner at 8 pm. Did some snow shoveling, too. Had a pretty good day of eating. Denise made her fabulous Beef Bourguignon in the Instant Pot. She made me some mashed cauliflower as a base. Of course, the recipe calls for a half glass of red wine, so while the bottle was open… Hit about 47 net carbs thanks to the veggies and the wine. Did OK on calories. Weigh in before bed was 217.6, so a slight recovery.

I am just now using my electric pressure cooker. It does cut out time! Your meal sounded lovely and I did laugh at your leftover wine comment. I plan on having some in the very near future.
