Today is the first of 3 long days, not bad just long leaving before 7:30 am and getting home after 9 in the evening. Working on how I can get movement in there since there will be a lot of sitting today. I am really interesting in one of those Vari desks, does anyone have one and what do you think?

I am very stingy so I refuse to pay for the vary desk. However, I figure out that my monitor will move up and down to a certain degree, and that the box that the boy scout popcorn comes in is the perfect size to hold my key board and mouse pad at my regular desk. My boss was worried when I was standing all the time, was I having a problem? but he was encouraging when I told him I just wanted to stand more during the day. I am sure you could get some boxes and figure out if it works before investing in an expensive option. I stand about an hour a day (when I remember, thanks for the reminder!)

I feel ya! I have a four day teaching event this weekend which also is long days.
