Pushing the water today. I think the diet drink that I have been drinking a little everyday is causing me to have vertigo. I experimented a few days, with diet cola, water, tea and coffee one day,and just water, tea and coffee the next. Noticeable difference in the dizzy head. I'm thinking aspartame poisoning, even though I don't drink a lot of it. My go to sweetener is Stevia. Going to try Monk fruit too. Anyone using that?

My husband gets vertigo once every 5 months or so. There is a crystal that becomes loose and causes it. He has to do the Epley maneuver to set it back in place. His latest episode was triggered by him looking up at the sky to watch an airplane. He has had it for about 8 years now. For the last year or so he has switched from sugars to sweetener in his drinks and still gets it. I know it’s not fun and I pray that you find some comfort.

Our favorite sweetener is Swerve (a Stevia/Erythritol blend). My husband also likes Monk Fruit, but not as well as Stevia. C'mon ShaeDlady! If IIIII can give up Diet Coke for the past 49 days, so can you.
