Oh, how I hate shopping with my son. I never get to look at everything, so wind up coming home with less than I planned. But, I did get everything I needed to make my Keto Ketchup. Added a little too much red pepper, but I like it (won't have to share!) I am a confessed Ketchupaholic. and this has carbs within my limit.

Keto Ketchup (and Barbecue Sauce base)
• ¼ to ½ cup Bragg apple cider vinegar (Hunt’s taste, less, Heinz taste more)
• ¼ Tsp. Himalayan pink salt crystals
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp cloves (ground)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp red or cayenne pepper
• 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 - 3 packets Stevia or other sugar free sweetener.
Mix all ingredients into a small boiler and simmer until thickened. Tweak the spices to get the flavor you want. (I like a little more clove in mine.)

Shea, How did you manage to type all that out so perfectly?

Hey, I used the My Cookbook tab here on FS. Entered the recipe, then all I had to do was copy and paste. Got lots of good recipes in my cookbook, a bunch of when when I was counting calories that are under 300 calories per meal.
