So proud! I worked out 40 minutes with the Wii Biggest Loser last night--built up a good sweat, plus logged over 7200 steps yesterday! Feeling a little sore this morning, but that just reminds me that I did it! LOL
At first I felt kind of bad when I logged on and it told me that it had been 33 days since my last workout. I didn't realize just how bad I had slacked off--considering I had been working out 4-5 days a week. But it's okay, I did it last night, and I'll do it again!
My biggest loser schedule is next workout tomorrow, which is fine. Tonight we have a work night at church--doing some spring cleaning and prettying up the landscape, lol. I'm sure I'll get a good workout tonight--won't need to "exercise"!
Looking forward to a .8 loss so I can get my tanning bed package. Come on mini-goal!! :)

I slacked off for about a month or so during the holidays and it was really hard to get back into a routine. At least you got your workout in, and I'm sure cleaning will be good exercise too. I hope you reach your goal!!

The most important part is that you got up and did it again! Instead of becoming upset at slacking, channel into determination to continue on with your present course. You'll be back in the saddle in no time! :)

Bring on the tanning package! Good for you for your work-out. Hope you "enjoyed" it and may even look forward to doing it again? Maybe I went too far with that. I love it when I can get exercise in when it isn't called exercise, like spring cleaning and landscaping. You will have that Malibu glow about you very soon.
