TODAY'S TOTALS - A Very Good Day. I was VERY tempted to get a Diet Coke after I spent 2 hours at Sam's Club. I used to ALWAYS "reward" myself with Diet Coke after shopping! Thankfully, I was able to resist the temptation.

Gotta make more desserts/snacks for tomorrow (since I ate the last THREE today -- I had eaten all my meals, and still had room for them!)
