Staying steady, I haven't lost much in the last month, but that's on me. I let life get in the way of taking care of myself. Trying to get back on track now.
I started Boot Camp workouts today. I figured after 4 months of working with a trainer and walking 3 miles a day it would be no problem. I was so wrong. But I know I need to switch it up to keep me interested and show me where I'm lacking.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
