Ok I hope I am not submitting this twice.
I wrote an entry but I think I lost it before it was saved. If it's twice I apologize.

I am hungry
Pan fried chicken breast in olive oil and Thyme
Wild Sockeye salmon with dab of butter
Butternut squash with dusting of cinnamon
Slices of green pepper spritzed with olive oil
Roasted brussel sprouts with olive oil and salt

I couldn't quite finish it but it was good. I added a peach with cinnamon at the end because my body needed something sweet. It's interesting how much the body wants sugar- it wasn't a craving but more of a need.

I may bump my total caloric to 1500-1600. A range is nicer plus I still am lightheaded sometimes. My fatigue, irritability, and lethargy are lessening each day. I did a ketosis strip today and inidcated slight - so at least something is happening.

I always thought there should be new words to describe the feeling a person has about needing food. I really think skinny people don't feel the same way as larger people. Here is a new scale:

0 - no hunger
1- slight hunger for something
2- a need for something
3 - a craving for something
4 - an intense, craving or focus that cannot be satiated
5 - an overwhelming desire for something where no obstacle will stop you

# 5 is my favorite and I have been there - I hate when (skinny) dietitians talk about "you may have some cravings but you have to control them".

Okay enough of my blabbering today - I wish you all well
