I write almost everyday - not sure if I have much to say but it seems like it connects me to the world with what I am doing. I tell my friends but after awhile I think they get a bit tired of hearing all my struggles around weight loss.

Today I needed more sweets. I stayed with fruit and one cookie but that's okay. I satyed under my caloric intake of 1500. I like having two targets. If I overdo the carbs a bit I can still hit my caloric target and I feel better.

So, I went to 60 net carbs and the target is 50 but my total caloric intake was 1425 and my target is 1500.

Ok just my daily blurb ...

"If it fits your macros" :-) I'm happy to have found FS, and glad for people like you who write. Nutrition and fitness aren't things I talk about with friends, so this is a positive outlet for me with (mostly) constructive input.
