Happy Monday, my Best Buddies:

I feel repetitive - exercise great, nutrition adequate. This week I want to get myself back on track which means getting low carb and increasing the fats so I stop craving crap.

I need a kick in the A$$.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals:
* Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%!
* Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - June?
* Schedule a bodyfat % reading with trainer for May?
* Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 20% (Current 24.5%) by year end 2017
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-158lbs staying under goal weight
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

A1966guy - I appreciate your comment; and also let you know I use a ketogenic approach which is not a crash diet or a fad. That is why my macros are set the way they are set - and it does work when I do not blow off my nutrition plan. Your macros at Crossfit are the typical ones many use. I have used many combinations of macros in my history and lowered carbs works best for my endomorph body. Thank you for caring and supporting me!

all of the mentors here I have faithfully followed with their successes know what I mean. I am so encouraged having to restart once again after thinking I could go off maintaining the LCHF way I had lost at least 35 lbs last year put back 20. Second time around is brutal but once watching macros tightly will kick me into where I want to be.

Hey, ya'll, my sincere apologies for being discourteous to 1966guy, I probably should have just kept my flapping gums together, Helen is more than capable of fighting her own battles. I won't be running off crying, though, and he shouldn't either! Love all you folks!

Have you googled "Fat Bombs?" I've seen some tasty looking grab and go snacks that might help you stay on track. You want to keep that tiger tat tight!
