feelin like a kid at xmas time.. goood mornin ..40 feels like 36..rainin this morning for a few hours then clearing off..smart screen to arrive by end of tomow..recumbant bike to arrive thursday or friday..least will be able to get back on a bike an get a workout each day .. really looking forward to that.. trainer for road bike still not here yet..could be another week before vendor has it an another 2 weeks before im riding road bike..but least with recumbant bike i can almost have my workout room set up..for winter workouts..

im thinkin since im up usually by 4am..just a habit i cant seem to break..i can get my workout done before 6am like i do in the warmer months an have rest of day to get rest of stuff done..

wasnt as active yesterday 1689 in steps..just tired an hurting from the rain that was moving in..finally took aleves and they seemed to help..took day off from kettle ball as well..took forever to fall asleep last night since i didnt do any workout with it..i did look its a 10 pounder..plan today is to get my kettle ball workout at 5pm amoung other things..seems to help with being more tired at end of the day..

well tea is done..ready to get up an move..phone is already tellin me im behind in movement..have a great one...
