Happy New Week, my Best Buddies! The last two weeks have been one big struggle for me. We have been having fun...and it seems to involve some eating, too. My exercise remains constant but the quality and quantity of my calories is erratic lately. The CICO people will now attack me...but too many carbs make the scale go up for me and I have proven it many times!
Idiot Boxes are up by three pounds today! Not a surprise, but I am unhappy with my effort - time to kick A$$. Arghhhhh...

Good morning HBC, I totally understand the fun. I see you used the word "WE," and I have to tell you in order to reach your goals "You" have to make sure self is getting it done. For me, I had to stop hanging out with friends for socials as I found it was my biggest slip up. HBC, you can reach your goal, so listen to your inner soul as you have the answer, you need to so no and just follow through.

I will join you in having 2 scales. Mine read 183.2 for too long then shot up this morning to 186.6. Not acceptable.
