its been a journey (still is), however i look back and this time last year i was at my second highest weight due to a medication. once off of it and couple set backs, ive done pretty damn good. few more ounces to lose and i will hit 40 pounds of weight loss since aug 2015. slow but steady. i been keeping a private weight chart for me to look back on. i started faithfully working out april first. as much as i want the weight off faster, i keep reminding myself im losing not gaining. i feel stronger,healthier, and mentally better. i hope that i can inspire others and keep them motivated! it may not be easy but in the end that accomplishment u feel and see! well worth it!
