Wow, after the last couple of days I am wiped out. Today I am working on house work and garden work. I am at a place of how hard do I push myself? I am thankful that I got good sleep last night, now to get things done so I am ready for the new week.

I need two of me so I can accomplish some of the things I want to do. I seriously can't lift it all by myself. But I need to get back out to my garden today as well. Just do whatever you feel capable of. Your body will tell you if you have overdone it
