OK, enough's enough... i've been avoiding that darn scale for way too long and i swear that's the reason i'm not sticking like i should... so starting tomorrow... sigh.. i'm gonna get on the damn thing and take it like a "man"... accept whatever it says. i'm having to record this journal b/c i'm hoping that me acknowledging my error will keep me from crying when i see how horribly i've let myself go. I don't need the scale. i can feel it. all my clothes are too tight.. i'm crying all the time when i can't find something to wear... just done. i'd rather face the effin music and start one day at a time rather than keep hiding from the scale. i've given it so much power.. once i know.. then i deal.. rather than wondering. sigh.. i can do this..i know i can get back to where i'll be happy... i just gotta have a day one.. again.

so i might kinda take a couple days to flush my system prior to getting back on track with calorie counting..which as much as i hate it.. seems to be the only way for me to go.

sucks when u saw what u were capable of and let it slip thru your fingers by being lazy and apathetic.

I do care... i really do.

Don't be so hard on yourself hun. You CAN do this. So you had a little slip. You have held yourself accountable and you recorded your weight, now forgive yourself and move on. We all have slips, its how we react after that makes all the difference. You have gotten back on the horse and THATs what's important. =) We beat ourselves up way to much. I know I used to do it all the time. To the point of abuse actually. now, I try not too. easier said then done. =) You will get back to your lowest weight before you know it!! Thank you for the friend request!!

LOL....yeah I hear ya on the rebelled thing. That happens to me sometimes. Nothing like fighting with yourself. LOL. You are doing a great job hun and will be back down in know time!
