So its been a looooooooong time since I been on here and a lot has happened...

I'm separated from my husband, and in a relationship with an amazing person. My husband, great guy, but our relationship wasn't repairable. We are friends and both want the best for each other... My heart lead me in another direction however... anyway (off the TMI portion of my journal)... i'm a mess physically.. well not really... i've let myself go again, and of course i'm reeling it all back in...

Due to the above-mentioned separation, i lost my opportunity to hit the gym in the AM, and in the afternoon i'd have to pretty much ask him to stay longer with the kids and i'd rather not do that... causing a work out issue. I just joined my gym at work and today was my first official day working out during lunch.. such a great feeling having my heart pumping again... and all my jogging progress wasn't lost like i thought it would be.. still have work to do but not as much as i imagined...

anyway... well i am really not totally excited about calorie counting, i really want to learn the best way to eat without having to focus on every number, b/c it gets tedious and makes me want to quit. so i'm gonna just roughly plug numbers in to just keep up with what i'm doing, however i'm not gonna actively calorie count.

hope everyone has been doing well since i've been gone... :)

@ Kat - me too!... i can already feel my improvement.. and as far as my personal life i'm happier than i've been in a while :)
